Up + Down = life
  Hey friends,
First, thanks to all those who came out at this past Grape Street show!  I had a
great time hanging out with old friends as well as meeting new, and I can't say
enough how much I appreciate the support.
I've been reflecting on the cycles in my life recently; the ups and downs, highs and
lows... the ebb and flow if you will.  This came as a result of my explaining to the
interested peoples at the show wondering what I had been up to for the last couple of
months.  Trying to ease myself into the "real world", I've been on the low and down
wave, filled with preparation and brain storming for the near future.   I don't say "low
and down" with any sort of negative connotation, just as a means to describe an
opposite.  The point to this babble is that I think that balancing and embracing these
opposite times in our lives is important, so that we don't burn ourselves out nor drift
into a coma.  So when asked why I haven't been performing out very often, my only
response is that I've been taking a nap.  Hibernation ends in the spring and I'll see
you all soon.  But first I leave you with my absolute favorite quote...
Peace,
Adam

Quote of the Post:

" There is no need to search; achievement leads to nowhere.  It makes
no difference at all, so just be happy now!  Love is the only reality of the world,
because it is all One, you see.  And the only laws are paradox, humor , and change.
There is no problem, never was, and never will be.  Release your struggle, let go of
your mind, throw away your concerns, and relax into the world.  No need to resist life;
just do your best.  Open your eyes and see that you are far more than you imagine.
You are the world, you are the universe; you are yourself and everyone else, too!  It's
all the marvelous Play of God.  Wake up, regain your humor.  Don't worry, you are
already free!"
